Quality control is the product, not a plugin.
Generic generators stop at text. Broadcast files fail on timing, overlaps and house-rule drift. Those errors are first-class, not a later department.
The Q layer is how Undertitle stays calm under volume. The model drafts. The rules constrain. The score points. The editor signs.
- Q Rules. Timing, readability, segmentation and technical specs of the channel.
- Q Score. Confidence per asset, so review time is not spent equally on every line.
- Q Approved. Status after a human has kept the final word.
That is control as a brand position: predictable output, auditability, and a person still responsible for air.
Security is a condition, not the pitch
Privacy, governance and compliance have to be true. They should not make the product sound like a policy PDF. The story is still: we cracked the operational problem, and you stayed in control.
