Pay for subtitle processing
Your workspace uses a shared euro wallet. Every workspace user can view the wallet, add funds, and update billing details.
Buy credit through Billing → Wallet. Once payment is confirmed, the credit becomes available for subtitle processing. The amount added to your wallet differs from the payment total when discounts or VAT apply.
Set up and manage payments
- Update billing details before paying for your first top-up.
- Add funds to your wallet and review the payment total.
- Understand payment statuses and delays if a payment is awaiting confirmation.
- Understand annual top-up discounts and which purchases count.
Follow your credit
- Usage charges and reserved funds explains balance changes and projects waiting for funds.
- Credit expiry and granted credit explains validity dates and credit added by Undertitle.
