Open settings
Open your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings. Use Profile, Language, Password, and Appearance to choose what to change.
Profile and sign-in
Under Profile, update your name or email and choose Save. Changing your email clears its previous verification. Complete email verification if the workspace requires it.
If your workspace has enabled single sign-on, the profile also shows whether your account is connected. To connect an existing account, sign in with your password first, then choose Connect followed by the connection name. Complete sign-in with your organization's provider. See single sign-on.
Under Password, enter your current password and the new password twice, then save. If you have forgotten your password or need to set one, use Forgot password? on your workspace's login page with an accessible account email.
Interface language
Under Language, choose an available language and save. Choose Automatic (browser language) to use your browser's language preference.
This changes the application interface. Choose the source language and subtitle style in each project. The style sets the subtitle output language. The public website's language selection is separate from your account preference.
Appearance
Under Appearance, choose Light, Dark, or System. System follows your device's appearance preference.
Account deletion
The Profile page also offers Delete account. Read the confirmation carefully and enter your current password to confirm. Deletion signs you out. Contact support first if you are unsure about the effect on your account.
