Check when credit expires
Paid top-ups and granted credit are valid for one calendar year from the date they are credited. Each top-up has its own expiry date.
Open Billing → Wallet, select a credited top-up, and check Credited on and Valid until. A later top-up does not extend the validity of older credit.
Unused expired credit is excluded from the available balance. The top-up remains in history so you can still see the original amount and its usage.
Payment status and funds status
A payment can remain Paid after its credit has been spent or expired. Payment status records the payment outcome. Funds status describes the credited funds:
| Funds status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Available | Some credit remains available for new runs. |
| Fully reserved | All unspent credit is reserved for processing. |
| Used up | All credit has been spent. |
| Expired | The validity date has passed and some credit was not spent. |
See usage and reservations for how processing changes these amounts. If a failed run releases credit after its expiry, that credit does not become available again.
Granted credit
Undertitle can add free credit to your workspace. It appears as Granted credit, with its origin and an optional note. No checkout or payment is needed.
Workspace users can view and use granted credit but cannot create it. Granted credit follows the same usage and expiry rules as purchased credit. It does not count toward annual top-up discounts.
