Check workspace activity
Open Dashboard in the sidebar. It shows runs in progress, wallet funds, and recent projects. Runs in progress includes pending and running runs.
A warning beside wallet funds means that projects are waiting for funds or that the available balance is below your configured alert threshold. Hover over the icon to see the reason. If projects are waiting for funds, that message takes priority.
Choose Projects to open the full project list, or select a recent project to see its media and run history. Open Billing → Wallet to inspect the balance or add funds. Choose Balance alert on the wallet page to set or disable your threshold.
Read monthly usage
The usage charts show completed runs and processed minutes for the current month. A run counts on its completion date. Repeat runs count separately, including when they process the same media. Failed runs do not count as completed usage.
Processed minutes describe the duration of the media, not the time a person worked on it or the time the application spent processing it.
Set your usual subtitling cost
In Savings this month, choose Set your hourly cost. Enter your combined staff and agency cost per hour of audio or video, excluding VAT.
Calculate this by adding your usual staff and agency costs, then dividing by the hours of media subtitled. Use media hours, rather than staff working hours. Zero is a valid value.
Save the cost to show the comparison. Use Edit hourly cost to change it later. Changing the value recalculates the whole current month.
Interpret the estimate
The chart compares cumulative Usual cost with Undertitle cost from the start of the month through today. Both use completed runs, including repeats.
Undertitle cost uses settled wallet usage, accounting for top-up discounts and granted credit. VAT is excluded. The estimate does not include staff or agency work you still perform with Undertitle.
The comparison can show negative savings if Undertitle cost exceeds your entered baseline. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed saving.
If there are no completed minutes yet, the comparison appears after a run completes. If any completed runs have no settled wallet charge, the comparison is unavailable rather than estimated from today's price.
