How the discount is selected
Your workspace's pricing arrangement determines its discount tiers. If the arrangement includes a discount above 0%, the new-top-up form shows the total wallet credit purchased through paid top-ups in the current calendar year. Until you reach the first discount, it also shows your progress toward that goal.
Undertitle adds the new wallet amount to that total to select one discount rate. That rate applies to the entire new top-up before VAT. A higher tier applies only when the combined total exceeds its threshold. Reaching the threshold exactly keeps the preceding rate.
Choose Review top-up to see the amount before VAT and the payment total. If a discount applies, the review also shows its percentage and savings. If the rate is 0% and your current pricing arrangement includes a discount above 0%, it shows progress toward the first discount instead. That goal is the first discount threshold plus €0.01, including the new top-up in your annual total. If your arrangement has no discount above 0%, these annual-discount details are hidden.
A discount changes what you pay, not the wallet credit you receive. See add funds.
What counts toward the annual total
- Only paid top-ups count, using the date payment was confirmed.
- The total uses the wallet amounts purchased, rather than payment totals including VAT.
- Unpaid top-ups and free granted credit do not count.
- Spending or expiry of wallet credit does not reduce the purchase total.
- The total resets on 1 January. A payment confirmed in January counts in the new year, even if its top-up was created in December.
Previous purchases
Each top-up retains the discount and amounts shown when it was created. Later purchases, a new calendar year, or changed commercial terms do not recalculate earlier top-ups.
Some older top-ups may have no annual-discount breakdown. Contact Undertitle if you need help with your workspace's discount arrangement.
